I ordered an 11" round signature platter with the Marine Couple design for my daughter's wedding. When it arrived there was a slight flaw in the gold band on the plate. When I called your customer service number to report the problem I could not have been more pleased with the caring response of your representative. She went the extra mile to make sure that my daughter had a "perfect" plate for her wedding that was only a couple of weeks away. When the replacement plate arrived I was so pleased. The whole experience was better than I could have hoped and I want to thank your representative that turned around a bad situation into a very pleased customer.

I received the lollipop order today. I absolutely love them. And the care taken to preserve them during the transport was amazing. I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thanks for the absolutely perfect favors I received. I ordered the chocolate coin favors on short notice.
When I called to ask about the shipping time, the woman I spoke with was sincerely kind and assured me the favors would arrive on time. They did – and 2 days ahead of schedule! The coins themselves were adorable, and being part of a family with Celiac disease, I was pleasantly surprised to see the "gluten free" sticker on the back! My guests loved the coins, and I received many compliments throughout the night. I am not sure if this is where I am supposed to e-mail my comments, but I just had to let someone know how pleased I am with our personalized napkins and kraft favor bags! Both of them are so gorgeous and perfect, and knowing that makes me that much more relaxed and excited about our wedding day. The napkins have the cute cartoon of the firefighter couple, and they will be such a nice touch without being too much. The favor bags are so cute and will be such nice gifts for our guests. I just wanted to drop a line and thank you for such a excellent product. On Thursday, we assembled the bags and they turned out gorgeous. Your advice for use of the tissue paper and ribbon saved the day, the colors went so well with the bags. (I loved the ribbon, too cute!!)
Even the staff at the hotel, said that they have done a lot of weddings and seen a lot of bags, but ours was the "best they have seen". We got so many compliments, it was so neat.
