All of our products are first quality and fully inspected before shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call for authorization to return. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt, in its original packaging and unused. You will be credited your purchase price less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Personalized and food items may not be returned. Please file a claim with the carrier for any boxes that arrive damaged.
